Overview
The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, the foremost examining body of the country. It offers a curriculum from grade 6 12, inclusive of two state/national level exams at the 10th grade and the 12th grade. The strength of the student community is 2500 supported by a committed and qualified teaching faculty and the teacher student ratio is 1:35. It is part residential thus extending opportunities to outstation students as well.
The school boasts of state of the art infrastructure with science, math and language laboratories. The three buildings house independent labs and computer resource centres. It also has two libraries, an audio visual room and a CD library for the students. The teaching is supported by updated technology and teachers use OHP, LCD projectors, smart boards, internet access, computers and digital library having more than 1000 CDs, and teaching software inside the classroom.
