Overview
Don Bosco School, Bandel, (DBB), is an all boys day school affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi. Founded in 1978, it is managed by the Salesians of Don Bosco, a minority institution within the Catholic church.
The school was originally established in January 1951 as a seminary and later as a school in 1978 to serve the educational needs of the boys of the locality. The school offers education from class I to XII and being a minority institution, preference is given to Catholic and Anglo Indian boys. The motto of the institution is "Strive for the best".
