Overview
AVR Public School a Co educational English Medium, Secondary School Affiliated to CBSE established in 1993 is the outcome of the dream of our patron late. Shri Chand Kataria Ji. The organization was named by deriving the acronym AVR from the name of its patron’s four sons Aazad Singh, Ajit Singh, Vijay Singh and Raj Singh Kataria. The abbreviation was improvised as ‘Attitude and Value Refinement’ by School Principal Mr. Pardeep Singhal.
The school was granted Composite Provisional Affiliation for Secondary School Examination of CBSE Board w.e.f. 01.04.2013. A file for upgradation of affiliation to Senior Secondary Level with all streams of Humanities, Commerce and Science has been submitted to CBSE office and with cooperation and the best wishes of all stakeholders may bring the desired upgradation.
